The Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) is dedicated to the protection of life, property, the environment and our heritage and promotes continuous improvement in all aspects of passive fire protection. The ASFP strives to promote excellence in the design and installation of fire protection products through high quality and technical expertise, by fostering the education and training of all those involved in the development, specification and use of Passive Fire Protection.
Working with Government, regulatory and international standard setting bodies both directly, and via other sector groups, the ASFP reflects a diversity of expertise in the fields of structural fire protection, fire stopping, fire resisting ducting, fire dampers, fire resisting partitions and all elements used for compartmentation, to increase the quality of installed fire protection within all forms of construction.
The Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) will be supporting Fire Safety Scotland at the SEC in Glasgow on 12-13 September. In addition to welcoming visitors to its stand, the Association will be hosting a seminar on the first day of the event.
