How can I register to attend?
Register in advance to gain quicker entry in to the show as well as receive important information about new features and updates on the event. Registration for the 2018 will open later this year.
What should I do if the details on my badge are incorrect?
If the details on your badge are incorrect, do not worry, you can log back in at any time to amend your registration before the event by following a link in your confirmation email or using the log in key you will also be given upon registering.
If you notice something is incorrect on the day of the event you can speak to one of the people at the on-site badge collection point and they will help you to correct the details.
When will I receive my Visitor badge?
If you register before the Friday the 30th of March your badge will be sent to you in the post, giving you fast track entry in to the event.
If you registered after the 30th of March you will need to print off your Admission Voucher which is available in your confirmation email, bring this along and you can print your visitor badge on site.
You can also register onsite where your badge will be printed immediately on completion of the onsite registration form.

Coach services are operated by National Express and Megabus, with over 120 daily services from across the UK to Birmingham Airport. From here you can get to the NEC in minutes on the free air-rail link. More information.
The NEC is right next to Birmingham International rail station. You can get to any of our halls quickly and conveniently, without having to step outside! The NEC entrance is on the right hand side as you exit the station, and clearly signposted. More information.

The NEC is just minutes away from Birmingham Airport (BHX) – which is very handy for international visitors and those on UK internal flights! From the airport, simply take the free and fast Air-Rail Link to Birmingham International railway station and then it’s just a short walk to our entrance. More information.
Is there parking at the NEC, Birmingham?
Yes, there is, with 16,500 spaces available there is plenty of room for you. Follow the electronic signage or directions provided by The NEC traffic team to get you to the right car park area for your event. Once you've parked you can either take a free shuttle bus or walk to the halls using our sign posted footpaths. More Information.
Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?
Yes there is, Cloakrooms can be found adjacent to the hall the event is in, items are charged at £1 each.
Where can I eat at the NEC, Birmingham?
The NEC food and beverage is operated by Amadeus, part of the NEC Group of companies and there is plenty of great food available to you during your visit. Amadeus work with a number of service partners to give you the best selection in food and drink when visiting the NEC.
